Processing the wool was an educational project. The energy that goes into preparing the wool for processing is great, but so is the satisfaction. I really enjoyed working with my hands and seeing the result of my work. I feel a certain sense of pride because in the past month I have gained a lot of knowledge and have been able to apply this. The difference between traditional and machine-processed wool has become clear to me. I also know more about the applications of wool and products that can be made from it. I've learned about sheep breeds and that each sheep has its own qualities, material wise.
